Subject: [PATCH v2 2/4] ASoC: amd: ps: refactor platform device creation logic

Refactor platform device creation implementation.
Based on platform dev count and pdev mask create platform devices.
Use common API to fill platform dev information.
Use pdev count variable in remove callback for unregistering
platform devices.
