Subject: [PATCH v3] btrfs: use PAGE_{ALIGN, ALIGNED, ALIGN_DOWN} macro

The header file linux/mm.h provides PAGE_ALIGN, PAGE_ALIGNED,
PAGE_ALIGN_DOWN macros. Use these macros to make code more
concise.
