Subject: [RFC PATCH 17/25] kvx: Add multi-processor (SMP) support

Coolidge v1 SoC has 5 clusters of 16 kvx cores
(+1 special Resource Manager (RM) core).

Linux can run in SMP config on the 16 cores of
a Cluster.

Cache coherency is done by the L2 cache.
