Subject: [PATCH v2 41/44] mm/mmap: Introduce dup_vma_anon() helper

From: "Liam R. Howlett" <Liam.Howlett@...cle.com>

Create a helper for duplicating the anon vma when adjusting the vma.
This simplifies the logic of __vma_adjust().
