Subject: [PATCH] scsi: Replace printk+WARN_ON by WARN macro
A combination of printk() followed by WARN_ON() macro can be simplified
using a single WARN(1, ...) macro. Patch change suggested by warn.cocci
Coccinelle semantic patch.
