We can have 64K page size on some architectures (e.g. ARM64), and I am
not sure the batch size (64K * 512 = 32M) is suitable on these systems.
I can do some measurement for the 64K page size if I find some time.
Anyway, we can start from a simple way. The changes look good to me.
