Subject: [PATCH rcu v2 05/20] drivers/hwtracing/stm: Remove "select SRCU"

Now that the SRCU Kconfig option is unconditionally selected, there is
no longer any point in selecting it.  Therefore, remove the "select SRCU"
Kconfig statements.
