Subject: [PATCH] f2fs: export compress_percent and compress_watermark entries

This patch export below sysfs entries for better control cached
compress page count.

/sys/fs/f2fs/<disk>/compress_watermark
/sys/fs/f2fs/<disk>/compress_percent
