Subject: [RFC PATCH 4/4] staging: vc04_services: Drop remnants of custom logging

Drop remnants of custom logging such as header definitions and such.
Also migrate the vchiq_debugfs to use the log levels coming from
include/linux/kern_levels.h instead.
