How about reusing f2fs_sanity_check_cluster()? Something like:

bool f2fs_sanity_check_cluster()

	if (compressed_cluster)
		f2fs_sanity_check_compressed_cluster()
	else
		f2fs_sanity_check_normal_cluster()
