Subject: [PATCH] kbuild: rpm-pkg: remove unneeded KERNELRELEASE from modules/headers_install

There is no need to pass KERNELRELEASE to installation targets.

KERNELRELEASE used for building the kernel is saved in
include/config/kernel.release.
