Subject: [PATCH] arm64/sysreg: Update ID_AA64PFR1_EL1 for DDI0601 2022-12

Version 2022-12 of DDI0601 has defined a number of new fields in
previously RES0 space in ID_AA64PFR1_EL1, update our definition to
include them.

No functional changes.
