Subject: [PATCH v13 052/113] KVM: TDX: Add accessors VMX VMCS helpers

From: Sean Christopherson <sean.j.christopherson@...el.com>

the VMX VMCS. Introduce helper accessors to hide its SEAMCALL ABI details.
