MDSS IRQ domain is registered from mdss_probe() -> msm_mdss_init() ->
_msm_mdss_irq_domain_add().

Please note the difference between MDSS IRQs (handled by MDSS) vs
MDP/DPU irq (registered by msm_irq_install()).
