Now we have generic helpers this could become a generic "add helper"
routine - for helpers such as CTI that aren't picked up by the trace
data port graph that catches other things.

e.g.
coresight_set_assoc_helper_mutex(struct coresight_device *csdev,
struct coresight_device *helper_csdev)
