There are other cases when the lockdep_assert_held() annotations may
trigger, so it is better to remove them from
cooling_device_stats_setup() and cooling_device_stats_destroy() and to
put one into thermal_cooling_device_stats_reinit().

I'll send a patch to do that later today.
