Subject: [PATCH] staging: rtl8192e: Remove unnecessary blank lines
Remove extra blank lines as suggested by the Linux kernel
coding-style. These issues were reported by checkpatch.

CHECK: Blank lines aren't necessary after an open brace '{'
CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines
