These __irqentry_text_start/end markers should contain all irq entry functions.

So the __softirqentry_text_start/end range includes only __do_softirq symbol.

And __irqentry_text_start/end includes asm_exc_divide_error,
asm_exc_overflow, etc.

This looks reasonable.

So the __softirqentry_text_start/end range also includes only

And __irqentry_text_start/end includes only dw_apb_ictl_handle_irq.

I don't know if it's correct for arm64 kernel or not (are there other
irq entry points?).

If you have other entry points, I think you need to mark them with
__irq_entry macro, which should place them in the section:
