Subject: [PATCH] iommu: Suppress empty whitespaces in prints

If IOMMU_CMD_LINE_DMA_API or IOMMU_CMD_LINE_STRICT are not set in
iommu_cmd_line, we will be emitting a whitespace before the newline.
