Subject: [PATCH v2 0/5] block: simplify with PAGE_SECTORS_SHIFT

A bit of block drivers have their own incantations with
PAGE_SHIFT - SECTOR_SHIFT. Just simplfy and use PAGE_SECTORS_SHIFT
