Subject: [PATCH v1 3/3] drm/msm/dpu: remove msm_dsi_get_dsc_config()

Since msm_dsi_bridge_get_dsc_config() was added to retrieve DSI DSC
info through DRM bridge, msm_dsi_get_dsc_config() become redundant
and should be removed.
