Subject: [PATCH 2/2] clk: qcom: gcc-sm6125: Set up flags on GPU mem_iface
 clk

Following the BSP, disable the RETAIN_MEM and RETAIN_PERIPH bits on
gcc_gpu_memnoc_gfx_clk.
