Don't put the & at the beginning of the line:

	zynq_fpga_read(priv, CTRL_OFFSET) &
	~CTRL_PCAP_PR_MASK);

or just:
	zynq_fpga_read(priv, CTRL_OFFSET) & ~CTRL_PCAP_PR_MASK);

80 lines is not a must now.
