Subject: [PATCH 1/3] x86/mce: Move Zhaoxin MCE functions to the separate file
Right now the functions of Zhaoxin MCE are in the MCE core.c file.
Create a separate zhaoxin.c to make MCE core.c more clearly.
Functions not change.
