Subject: [PATCH] Documentation: virt: clean up paravirt_ops doc.
Clarify language. Clean up grammar. Hyphenate some words.
Change "low-ops" to "low-level" since "low-ops" isn't defined or even
mentioned anywhere else in the kernel source tree.
