Not very useful information, but FWIW I can reproduce it with qemu @
7efd65423a (latest upstream) configured like this:
../configure --target-list=" x86_64-softmmu arm-softmmu s390x-softmmu x86_64-linux-user" \
--disable-werror --enable-kvm --disable-tpm \
--enable-debug --enable-download
