Subject: [PATCH 2/2] arm64: dts: qcom: sc7180: Hook up BWMONs

Hook up 2 out of 4 (the rest are for NPU) BWMONs exposed on the SC7180.
This allows for scaling DDR and LLCC independently from cpufreq.
