Subject: [PATCH] amd-pstate: Make amd-pstate epp driver name hyphenated

amd-pstate passive mode driver is hyphenated. So make amd-pstate active
mode driver consistent with that rename "amd_pstate_epp" to
"amd-pstate-epp".
