Subject: [PATCH 6/7] Docs/admin-guide/mm/damon/usage: clarify quotas and watermarks sysfs interface

Explanation of DAMOS quotas and watermarks are not clearly explaining
the meaning and expectation of each file.  Add more clarification for
those.
