No, we should not do so. kvm should support both. Currently popular gcc 
has no -mlvz option, only that if gcc supports CC_HAS_LVZ_EXTENSION, 
there will be better implementation with macro like gcsr_read, rather 
than method with ".word" code, else ".word" code will be used
