It may hang if we wait on sem->read_waiters w/ TASK_UNINTERRUPTIBLE once we
inject FAULT_LOCK to f2fs_down_read_trylock(), it is due to FAULT_LOCK simulates
there is a write lock user, but if there isn't any write lock user, nobody will
call f2fs_up_write() to wake up the waiter.
