The handling for _KMEM was removed from mem_cgroup_read_u64()
incorrectly.
It is used by the still existing kmem.*usage*_in_bytes in addition to
the now removed kmem.*limit*_in_bytes.
(And kmem.max_usage_in_bytes, kmem.failcnt)
The testcase seems to be fine, it actually did its job.
