Would this work when CONFIG_RISCV_M_MODE is disabled?

The handle_misaligned_load/store functions are only defined if
CONFIG_RISCV_M_MODE is enabled.  I would expect warnings if CONFIG_RISCV_M_MODE
is siabled.
