Subject: [PATCH 1/7] firmware: imx: scu-pd: enlarge PD range

There are 5 LPI2C, 5 LPUART and 32 DMA0 Channel resources per imx_rsrc.h,
and they are in i.MX8QM, so enlarge the PD range for them.
