Subject: [PATCH v3] selftests/net: replace manual array size calc with ARRAYSIZE macro.
fixes coccinelle WARNING: Use ARRAY_SIZE

- integrat a commit that contains actual replacement for ARRAY_SIZE.
- use ARRAY_SIZE for net/psock_lib.h
