Subject: [PATCH] cgroup: fix obsolete function name
cgroup_taskset_migrate() has been renamed to cgroup_migrate_execute() since
commit e595cd706982 ("cgroup: track migration context in cgroup_mgctx").
Update the corresponding comment.
