Thanks, the issue was gone with this patch.

I didn't say anything above about how to reproduce this problem.
Case was like this:
On a dual GPU laptop, I ran Google Chrome on a discrete graphics card.
I used for it this command:
$ DRI_PRIME=1 google-chrome-unstable --disable-features=Vulkan
