Subject: [PATCH v1 4/6] objtool/LoongArch: Enable orc to be built

Implement init_orc_entry(), reg_name(), orc_type_name(), print_reg(),
orc_print_dump(), arch_write_orc() and update_cfi_state(), and then
set BUILD_ORC as y to build the orc related files.
