Subject: [PATCH] docs: psi: use correct config name
Commit 2ce7135adc9a ("psi: cgroup support") adds documentation which refers
to CONFIG_CGROUP, but the correct name is CONFIG_CGROUPS.
Correct the reference to CONFIG_CGROUPS.
