With the patch 'make oldconfig' updates config to enable
EFI_NEED_RUNTIME_MAP.

Just curious, why not extend 'config EFI' with 'select EFI_RUNTIME_MAP if KEXEC_CORE'?
It seems functionally equivalent, but more concise.
