Subject: [PATCH 2/3] arm64: dts: ti: k3-j784s4-mcu-wakeup: Add bootph-pre-ram property for SPL nodes

Add bootph-pre-ram property for all the nodes used in SPL stage,
for syncing it later to u-boot j784s4 dts.
