Subject: [PATCH] cpufreq: blocklist more Qualcomm platforms in
 cpufreq-dt-platdev

All Qualcomm platforms utilizing the qcom-cpufreq-hw driver have no
business in using cpufreq-dt. Prevent that from happening.
