Does it make sense to keep the warning and instead change it to check
SWP_SYNCHRONOUS_IO as well? Something like:

VM_WARN_ON_ONCE(!folio_test_swapcache(folio) &&
!swap_type_to_swap_info(type)->flags && SWP_SYNCHRONOUS_IO);

Of course this is too ugly, so perhaps we want a helper to check if a
swapfile is synchronous.
