Subject: [PATCH] microblaze: Remove zalloc_maybe_bootmem()

Last user of zalloc_maybe_bootmem() was removed by
commit 4308e3c9e1ea ("microblaze/PCI: Remove unused allocation & free
of PCI host bridge structure")

Remove it.
