Subject: [PATCH] kbuild: merge list.h in modpost and kconfig
Move scripts/mod/list.h to scripts/include/list.h and remove
scripts/kconfig/list.h. This removes the code duplication between
scripts/mod/list.h and scripts/kconfig/list.h.
