Given the relaxed timing requirements we are happy to extend the CfP
period to September 25th. There are quite a few submissions already, but
the schedule begins to fill up. So feel motivated to get your proposals
in quickly :-)

In case you need to apply for a visa to enter the US and are not
registered yet, please let us know by September 15th. We will try our
best to get you registered so that there is enough time left for the
visa process.
