Subject: [PATCH] gpiolib: unexport gpiod_set_transitory()

From: Bartosz Golaszewski <bartosz.golaszewski@...aro.org>

There are no and never have been any users of gpiod_set_transitory()
outside the core GPIOLIB code. Make it private.
