I have an explanation of why this error occurs, but I need an advice
on how to fix it.

    (referred to as program #1 below)
  - socket(AF_INET6, SOCK_RAW, IPPROTO_IGMP) = <some fd>
  - ioctl(4, SIOCGIFINDEX, {ifr_name="batadv_slave_1"}) = 0
  - bpf(BPF_PROG_LOAD,

The error occurs when second bpf call is processed.
Interestingly, if sleep(1) is inserted somewhere between first and
