Subject: [PATCH v2 3/4] phy: qualcomm: phy-qcom-eusb2-repeater: Zero out
 untouched tuning regs

The vendor kernel zeroes out all tuning data outside the init sequence
as part of initialization. Follow suit to avoid UB.
