POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_INPUT_CURRENT_LIMIT is about the charger input,
e.g. 500mA limit for a USB based charger. The variable names you are
using suggests, that you want to expose
POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_CONSTANT_CHARGE_CURRENT instead.
